Printed Thermoformed Packaging

As part of our innovative approach to packaging – Leading Edge with various thermoformers, have joined together to develop the ability to print directly onto and then thermoform rigid plastics. 

This new technology offers the ability to print in three dimensions and to completely change the look of thermoformed packaging.

Products which have a printed insert or exterior label can also be redesigned to remove component costs: thus greater cost efficiencies can also be realised.

This form of packaging can:

• Take cost out of the supply chain.
• Reduce packaging.
• Enable clear visibility of the product and better pack presentation.
